The tourist space in emerging countries: the disintegrated dwelling of man

This article analyzes the harmony and the equilibrium among a planning integrated and sus- tainable of the tourism and the project relating to the city where are going to reside the workers of the different tourist businesses. It discusses the strategies so that these designs are not overflowed for the populations that are transferred al place, standing out the prior demographic studies in order to do them owed forecasts. The tourist space himself is not designed al the same as a city, therefore the tourist does not reside but lodges with the last end to utilize the recreational equipment and the natural environment. On the other hand, the geographical space where the workers will reside, should assure an adequate density and an assembly of urban services that permit a worthy habitability.
