Abstract

We may or may not agree with Victor Hugo when he claimed that God did nothing but water, but man made wine. The truth is that this book that is presented takes us to the multiverse of wine: a universe of knowledge, knowledge, sensations in which the natural-cultural dichotomy merges into a precious liquid coming from the earth and elaborated by no- us, the humans.
