Satisfação turística com a experiência de compra de lembranças: o caso de um sol maciço na ilha e destino de praia

Resumo

Este estudo investiga a satisfação de compras com lembranças num destino turístico insular massivo de sol e praia, contrastando um modelo teórico onde se propõe a influência da satisfação com os atributos de compra na satisfação global de compras. Este artigo aplica a modelação de equações estruturais baseadas em PLS com uma amostra de 134 turistas em Tenerife que compraram lembranças durante a sua estadia na ilha. Os resultados sugerem que a satisfação com os atributos de compra da loja, as características do
lembrança e a sua apresentação influenciam positivamente a satisfação geral das compras. Contudo, outros atributos, tais como valor e funcionalidade, não determinam a satisfação geral de compra. Estes resultados contribuem para alargar a investigação sobre satisfação turística com lembranças num destino diferente.
