Satisfação, motivação, lealdade e segmentação dos turistas nas cidades Património Mundial

Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa sobre a motivação, satisfação e lealdade dos turistas que visitam a cidade de Córdoba (Espanha), reconhecida como Património Mundial. Os resultados vêm de um trabalho de campo que consiste em pesquisas para turistas enquanto eles estavam na cidade. A pesquisa identifica duas dimensões motivacionais em relação à visita: uma cultural e outra multimotiva, que inclui uma variedade de razões como a gastronomia ou a busca de desconexão com o cotidiano. Esta pesquisa também analisa como a motivação para visitar a cidade está relacionada com a satisfação com a visita e a fidelidade ao destino turístico.
