Planeamento e impactos do sector do turismo. A formação em competências dos seus recursos humanos

Algumas circunstâncias com impacto no sector do turismo afectaram negativamente a sua população e economia. Os destinos aplicam frequentemente algumas políticas de planeamento e governação baseadas na sustentabilidade do turismo para resolver este problema. Embora a gestão empresarial tenha avançado recentemente, será necessário gerir melhor os seus recursos humanos para atenuar estes constrangimentos. Como objetivo principal, foi analisada a investigação anterior para identificar questões relacionadas com o planeamento, os impactos, a sustentabilidade, o sector hoteleiro, os recursos humanos e a formação de competências. Foi efectuada uma análise de conteúdo com dados da Dialnet; Redalyc; RIE; Scopus e Wos. Os resultados revelaram alguns impactos relacionados com o planeamento e a sustentabilidade do sector, a importância e a melhoria sentida na sua gestão empresarial e a relativa escassez de competências exigidas nos mercados de trabalho. A formação de competências foi proposta como uma estratégia para gerir eficientemente os recursos humanos e garantir uma oferta contínua de trabalhadores qualificados.
