Resumo

Este estudo exploratório examina as preferências dos participantes em relação ao emparelhamento de três categorias de cerveja (cerveja, cerveja e cerveja) com uma pizza não picante e picante. Os objetivos deste estudo são determinar o nível de um ‘apenas direita’ jogo de estilo de pizza com cada tipo de cerveja, determinar quaisquer diferenças por sexo, e para explorar se a especiaria tem um impacto sobre os participantes’ cerveja selecção e preferência de cerveja. Implicações desta pesquisa aplicam-se a restaurateurs’ capacidade de atender adequadamente suas ofertas de cerveja e pizza em termos de design de menu e entrega pró-duto.
