Between 29 September and 2 October 2009, the VIII RAM-Mercosur Anthropology Meeting was held, organized by the University of San Martín (UNSAM), bringing together a large number of researchers from the countries of the region, that took place in more than 10 venues in downtown Buenos Aires. It was an event that marked record in number of proposals and activities, with 75 working groups (WG), 30 round tables, 14 forums, multiple conferences, book presentations, photographic exhibitions and ethnographic cinema, conversationals, and even a closing party. It was undoubtedly the historic event for local anthropology.Downloads
