Aware that quality information is essential for any organization, which means that there must be information systems easier to use. For this need for quality information and good usability makes the User Interface fundamental part of information systems. Therefore the aim of this study was to analyze the usability of web sites of the Convention & Visitors Bureau belonging to the State of Santa Catarina. The method used in this study was to examine the content by using the following criteria: objective, accessibility, branding, content, information architecture, hypermedia, navigabi- lity. This analysis found that web sites should seek to better match the ergonomic recommendations.
