A cadeia de valor e a economia social e solidária da atividade artesanal como parte do turismo alternativo: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumo

As atividades artesanais que fazem parte do turismo alternativo têm oportunidades de melhoria por meio do fortalecimento de sua cadeia de valor, com foco na economia social. O objetivo deste artigo foi identificar as abordagens teóricas sobre a cadeia de valor e a economia social e solidária nas atividades artesanais como parte do turismo alternativo, a fim de fornecer informações para o seu estudo empírico. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura, utilizando como guia a lista de verificação da declaração PRISMA 2020. Foram concebidas estratégias de pesquisa nas bases de dados Science Diret, Web of Science e Redalyc. Os resultados forneceram informação teórica sobre as variáveis de estudo, onde se destacam modelos como a cadeia de valor de impacto, a criação de valor partilhado, o comércio justo, entre outros; bem como algumas oportunidades para desenvolver estratégias com base nas variáveis.
