Contributos do network na gestão do património cultural para a inovação no território

Resumo

Com o presente estudo pretende-se analisar as práticas de cooperação dos agentes a intervir na dimensão turística do património cultural edificado e identificar de que forma estas se repercutem em inovação. Para o efeito, procedeu-se a uma revisão sistemática de literatura e à análise de dois estudos de caso internacionais (Itália e Espanha), concluindo-se que: i) é reconhecido o impacto do património cultural edificado para a oferta turística dos territórios e dos destinos urbanos, em particular; ii) os agentes responsáveis pela gestão do património cultural edificado devem ser capazes de captar novos targets e de adaptar as ofertas a um turista mais exigente e independente que pretende ter acesso a experiências sofisticadas e com as quais interaja personalizadamente; iii) as redes de cooperação na atividade turística são modelos de gestão geradores de inovação da oferta com impactos favoráveis para os respetivos territórios.
