A Relação entre Imagem de Destino, Curiosidade e Lealdade de Destino e o Papel Moderador das Variáveis Demográficas: Uma Pesquisa no Destino Antalya

Resumo

Esta investigação visa determinar a relação entre as dimensões da imagem do destino, ou seja, recursos naturais e culturais, infra-estruturas e contexto socioeconómico, condições sociais e ambiente, e a curiosidade do destino, e foi realizada para analisar o efeito moderador das alterações demográficas na relação entre a lealdade do destino e as variáveis demográficas. A técnica de inquérito tem sido utilizada na investigação. EFA (análise de factores explicativos), CFA (análise de factores confirmativos), Slope and Path analysis foram realizados através de 397 inquéritos recolhidos junto de turistas estrangeiros vindos a Antalya, Turquia. Como resultado do estudo, as dimensões da imagem de destino foram determinadas em 3 dimensões (recursos naturais e culturais, infra-estruturas e contexto socioeconómico, condições sociais e ambiente). Foi determinado que existem relações significativas entre infra-estruturas e contexto socioeconómico e condições sociais e dimensões ambientais, curiosidade do destino e lealdade do destino. Além disso, verificou-se que o estado civil tem um efeito moderador na relação entre a curiosidade do destino e a lealdade do destino
