Influencia de la política pública de transporte aéreo en la dinámica del flujo turístico. El caso de Colombia

Resumo

Este artigo analisa a influência e o impacto das políticas públicas de transporte aéreo na dinâmica do fluxo turístico na Colômbia. Seguindo a tendência global de desregulamentação das transportadoras aéreas, a Colômbia concebeu e implementou ininterruptamente um vasto conjunto de políticas públicas especialmente estruturadas para o sector do transporte aéreo durante mais de duas décadas e meia (processo em curso). Como resultado destas políticas, o tráfego aéreo de passageiros, tanto de turistas estrangeiros (de entrada) como colombianos (de saída), tem vindo a aumentar gradualmente, mostrando uma indicação de crescimento de alto nível.
