Redes de inovação sobre o património aeronáutico português. Uma abordagem de marketing de destino colaborativo

Resumo

Este estudo pretende desenvolver um produto turístico, acrescentando valor aos recursos aeronáuticos portugueses, contribuindo para o conhecimento existente através: i) da exploração do património aeronáutico como destino de marketing colaborativo: a Rota Aeronáutica Portuguesa (PAR); ii) do desenvolvimento do produto turístico através de redes de inovação. O PAR incorpora o marketing colaborativo de destinos e propõe um produto que pode qualificar o património português. Os nossos resultados sugerem a oportunidade de promover o país como uma marca de destino aeronáutico, apoiada por uma rota multi-destino. O PAR também permite uma valorização contínua dos recursos e assegura a sustentabilidade, envolvendo uma colaboração que alimenta um ciclo de inovação e reforça o seu potencial de marketing.

Biografia do Autor

Raquel Palhais, ISCTE

Raquel Palhais is a Senior Projects Management Consultant, with more than 10 years of experience, advising enterprises in business strategy, marketing, finance and business models, from a wide range of enterprises sectors, in order to develop and submit proposals to innovation, internationalization and R&D European funds. Raquel has been a Tourism Products Development and Investment Projects Consultant. Her main research projects and interests are in the domain of tourism products, tourism innovation, entrepreneurship and innovation networks. She got her Management Master in ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon, with specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She has attended several events on tourism, entrepreneurship and technology domains. Also has been dedicated to developing her coding skills.

Isabel Caetano, Prof., ISCTE

Isabel Caetano, is currently Invited Professor at ISCTE - INDEG Executive Education. Executive Coordinator of the Master of Innovation Management at ISCTE - INDEG. Executive Education Innovation consultant, assessor and auditor. Former Board Member of ANI, the Portuguese Innovation Agency. Her professional activity for the last 20 years has been focused on Innovation based technology management and support to R&D performing SMEs. Among other assignments, she is currently the President of the Portuguese Standardization Committee for R&D and Innovation and Member of the ISO Technical Committee for Innovation Management. Isabel has been an Expert Evaluator under H2020, Eurostars and EUREKA. Accredited Evaluator for Innovation Management in Portugal. Her main research projects and interests are in the domain of innovation management and impact evaluation of R&D and Innovation.

Alvaro Dias, Prof., Universidade Lusófona and ISG

Dr Álvaro Dias is Professor of Strategy at Instituto Superior de Gestão and Universidade Lusófona, both in Lisbon, Portugal. He got his PhD in Management from Universidad de Extremadura, Spain, after an MBA in International Business. Professor Dias has over 24 years of teaching experience. He has had several visiting positions in different countries and institutions including Brazil, Angola, Spain, Poland and Finland. He regularly teaches in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at undergraduate, master and doctorate levels, as well as in executive programs. Professor Dias has produced extensive research in the field of Tourism and Management, including books, book chapters, papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings, case studies, and working papers.

Renato Pereira, Prof., ISCTE

Dr Renato Pereira is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IBS, Business School of ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon and integrated researcher at Observare-UAL Research Centre, also in Lisbon, Portugal. He got his PhD in Management Science from Université Paris Dauphine, France, after which he received advanced training in Corporate Strategy at the MIT – Sloan School of Management, US. Professor Pereira has over 15 years of teaching experience. He has had several visiting positions in different countries and institutions including Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, India, France, Peru and UK. He regularly teaches in English, Portuguese, and French at undergraduate, master and doctorate levels, as well as in executive programs. Dr Renato Pereira has produced extensive research in the field of Management, including books, book chapters, papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings, case studies, and working papers. His current key line of research is on Innovative Business Models. He has been Director of the Executive Master in Innovation Management.
