Análise do tipo de Coopetição em redes inter-organizacionais turísticas em Curitiba, Brasil

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma análise das variáveis que indicam a propensão para a co-opetição utilizando uma comparação de redes horizontais, verticais ou abrangentes no sector do turismo. Foram coletados dados de 287 pesquisas de negócios e 26 entrevistas com associações de turismo no destino de Curitiba no Brasil. As informações são dadas com respeito à percepção do setor empresarial sobre o contexto local, uma vez que isso dá origem à sua participação em redes associativas locais. Os resultados mostram pouca diferença nos níveis de percepção empresarial sobre as diversas redes. Os três tipos de redes de co-corrência baseiam-se mais na concorrência do que na cooperação, indicando que o setor empresarial, sejam eles concorrentes diretos ou complementos indiretos, estão atentos às vantagens individuais e coletivas quando participam de redes inter-organizacionais. A cooperação em um ambiente empresarial é vista como uma forma de obter vantagem competitiva individual; portanto, todos os participantes estão basicamente competindo pelos benefícios gerais.
