The book "Routes of La Rioja. Nuevos itinerarios, industria de viajeros y desarrollo", coordinated by professors Ángeles Rubio Gil (URJC) and Sergio Andrés Cabello (University of La Rioja) is a new and valuable contribution to the series of works dedicated to Routes for Sustainable Development in depopulated Spain. The research articles in the book deal with various specialities of inland tourism, such as slow tourism, cultural and gastronomic tourism, tourism linked to natural resources, or the therapeutic properties of water and the products of the earth.
