In a society in which information has become an indisputable value and its effective management brings important competitive advantages to organizations, professionals and well-trained individuals are one of the most important assets of companies. Training is thus a key element in achieving the objectives of any organization. At the same time, the great segmentation of the demand, the globalization of the markets, the demand of greater flexibility in the different processes, as well as the environmental and socio-cultural sustainability, are the new structural conditions of our tourist environment. This makes it necessary to promote greater competitiveness of tourism companies and enclaves, which is why improving the qualifications of the human capital employed in tourism activity has become a priority.
