Tiscamanita, in Fuerteventura, was the place where the innovative, creative and hopeful spirit of the First Meeting of Innovative Ideas in Tourism lived on 11 September 2010. Innovative spirit that we understand reflects Senator Manuel Velazquez Cabrera, a native of Tiscamanita, and that in 1910 he achieved the social objective of greater representation in the Provincial Diputación, of the citizenship of the so-called "minor islands" of the Canarian Archipelago: Lan- zarote, Fuerteventura, Gomera and El Hierro, as opposed to the larger islands of Tenerife and Gran Canaria, and in this case, La Palma.Downloads
