We have to look back twenty years to find in our Autonomous Community, a milestone like the one marked by the work We-Others: anthropological perspectives on diversity (2010). In 1989 the Council of Anthropology, Folklore and Ethno-graphic Heritage of the Assembly of Extremadura published Cultural Anthropology of Extremadura, a work that until now has become a national reference for anthropological and Extremadura.
