Changes in the habits and motivations of tourists have served in recent years to modify the supply of tourism products. One of them is industrial tourism, based on putting the industrial heritage in tourist value. The agents involved in the development of this tourism have created social networks where, due to their situation, centrality and power of intermediation, public bodies stand out. In the present work, through Ucinet 6, an analysis of these social networks is carried out in some areas of Catalonia and Alsace with a significant industrial heritage; confirming that these organisations play a fundamental role as the driving force behind these social networks and the development of this type of tourism in a given territory.
