Relación de lealtad, curiosidad e imagen de destino y el papel de moderador de las variables demográficas: una investigación en el destino de Antalya

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo a determinar la relación entre las dimensiones de la imagen de destino, es decir, los recursos naturales y culturales, la infraestructura y el contexto socioeconómico, las condiciones sociales y el medio ambiente y la curiosidad del destino, y se ha llevado a cabo para analizar el efecto moderador de cambios demográficos en la relación entre la lealtad del destino y las variables demográficas. La técnica de encuesta ha sido utilizado en la investigación. Los análisis de EFA (análisis factorial explicativo), CFA (análisis factorial confirmatorio), Análisis de Slope y de Path (Pendiente) se han llevado a cabo a través de 397 encuestas recolectadas de turistas extranjeros que vienen a Antalya, Turquía. Como resultado del estudio, las dimensiones de la imagen de destino se han determinado en 3 dimensiones (los recursos naturales y culturales, la infraestructura y el contexto socioeconómico, las condiciones sociales y el medio ambiente). Se ha determinado que existen relaciones significativas entre la infraestructura y el contexto socioeconómico y las condiciones sociales y las dimensiones del medio ambiente, la curiosidad del destino y la lealtad del destino. Además, se ha determinado que el estado civil tiene un efecto de moderador en la relación entre la curiosidad del destino y la lealtad del destino
