Resumo

Este estudo sobre o comportamento turístico no Equador analisa e sintetiza os principais fatores motivadores tanto para turistas domésticos quanto internacionais. A pesquisa, utilizando uma abordagem longitudinal, categoriza as motivações dos visitantes enquanto avalia a influência de diversos setores produtivos que podem amplificar essas motivações. Por meio da análise fatorial, foram identificadas três dimensões motivacionais principais: satisfação, viagens de aventura e nível de segurança, sendo esta última atualmente a mais significativa. Esses achados têm implicações consideráveis para o desenvolvimento estratégico do turismo, facilitando a segmentação de mercado e promovendo o desenvolvimento sustentável sob perspectivas tanto sociais quanto econômicas.

Biografia do Autor

Hernán Mauricio Quisimalín-Santamaría, Universidad Técnica de Ambato

Este resumo bibliográfico cobre uma variedade de tópicos relacionados ao desenvolvimento industrial e turístico, bem como à colaboração entre universidades e indústrias. Destaca-se a análise dos fatores influentes no desenvolvimento da indústria aeronáutica nos países emergentes, apresentada como estudo de caso. Além disso, são abordadas a perspectiva do comércio social no setor imobiliário, o comportamento turístico e as estratégias de marketing de relacionamento na área turística. O conceito de desenvolvimento endógeno na gestão empresarial também é explorado, especificamente em Tungurahua, Equador, na era da Indústria 4.0. Além disso, são examinadas barreiras e soluções de gestão de projetos em pesquisa e desenvolvimento de defesa, bem como o impacto social, turístico e ambiental do plástico. Por fim, são exploradas experiências de marketing turístico através de ambientes virtuais e o papel da realidade virtual no turismo eletrónico.

O autor formou-se em Engenharia Comercial com menção em Gestão da Produtividade pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Equador - Campus Ambato em novembro de 2010. Posteriormente, ampliou seus conhecimentos com o Mestrado em Administração de Empresas com menção em Planejamento, concluído em janeiro. 2015 na mesma instituição. Em novembro de 2019, concluiu o Mestrado em Gestão de Empresas com especialização em Finanças na Universidade Camilo José Cela, em Madrid, Espanha. Essas conquistas acadêmicas sustentam sua notável carreira em gestão empresarial e seu foco em áreas como finanças e planejamento.
