Entrepreneurship em artes culinárias: A experiência de Costa Rica com estudantes universitários

A indústria do turismo da Costa Rica representa 7,5% do PIB, 21% do lucro total das exportações e dessa contribuição o subsetor de alimentos e bebidas representa 28%. O objetivo desta re- busca foi identificar, elementos potenciais e obstáculos em jovens estudantes universitários de artes culinárias na Costa Rica, maiores estudantes de artes culinárias. O estudo foi realizado entre estudantes de artes culinárias da Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica, as entrevistas realizadas foram de 237 o rollment inteiro da escola de artes culinárias. Os resultados indicam isso . Ausência de tradição, cultura entre os jovens estudantes e necessidade de apoio familiar e pares parecem ser relevantes e uma fonte de necessidade por parte do grupo. Falta de formação empresarial geral e empreendedorismo é reconhecer por ambos os grupos uma fraqueza e como uma necessidade. Treinar e apoiar mulheres empresárias é muito relevante tanto nos aspectos administrativos e técnicos dos jovens estudantes de artes culinárias A consideração desta informação é importante se quisermos criar com formação em artes culinárias , a nova raça de empresários chefs profissionais precisa para a expansão da indústria nos próximos anos na Costa Rica e na região
