Divergência empresarial na produtividade total dos factores no período de crise e de recuperação económica no sector turístico espanhol

O principal objectivo desta investigação é contrastar a existência de uma relação positiva entre a produtividade total dos factores (TFP) e a Eficiência Técnica (TE) das empresas do sector turístico espanhol e a utilização das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Entende-se que as empresas pertencentes a este sector que optam pelo desenvolvimento das TIC melhoram os seus PFT e EAT. Do mesmo modo, o actual debate sobre a dispersão da TFP e da TE afectou todos os sectores económicos. Neste caso, a hipótese levantada gira em torno da existência de uma divergência destas variáveis entre um período de crise (2007-2011) e um período de recuperação económica (2012-2017).
