De la experiencia vivida a la lealtad del visitante: el rol mediador del valor percibido en festivales culturales

Resumen

Este trabajo examina la manera en que las percepciones experienciales y las motivaciones de los asistentes a festivales inciden en el valor percibido, la satisfacción y la lealtad, incorporando el análisis del rol mediador de dichas variables. El caso de estudio se sitúa en el Festival Internacional de las Flores de Córdoba 2024. A partir del modelo Estímulo-Organismo-Respuesta (EOR), se implementó un enfoque cuantitativo basado en un cuestionario (n=774) y en una metodología de mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM). Los hallazgos evidencian que las percepciones experienciales influyen significativamente sobre el valor percibido y la satisfacción, aunque no ejercen un efecto directo sobre la lealtad. La satisfacción se confirma como el principal factor que explica la fidelidad, mientras que el valor percibido actúa como mediador pleno entre las motivaciones y la satisfacción. Estos resultados enriquecen la literatura académica sobre festivales culturales y aportan orientaciones prácticas para diseñar experiencias sostenibles y memorables.
