The study analyses the performance of the 15 municipalities in Roraima with regard to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) between 2022 and 2024, integrating this with local environmental indicators from 2004 to 2022 to assess environmental sustainability, climate resilience and their relationship with tourism competitiveness. Using a quantitative, descriptive and correlational methodology, data from the Brazilian Cities Sustainable Development Index (IDSC-BR) and environmental time series were used to construct an Environmental Sustainability Index (ESI) and perform correlation analyses. The results show that no municipality achieved a high level of sustainability; 53.3% had medium sustainability and 46.7% low sustainability. Caracaraí performed best (ISA=64.4) and Pacaraima worst (ISA=33.7). Twenty-eight significant correlations were identified, notably a positive relationship between SDG 9 and infrastructure, and a negative relationship between SDG 13 and sustainable transport. Paradoxical correlations were also observed between deforestation and SDGs 13 and 15, suggesting methodological limitations or temporal lags. It is concluded that strengthening sanitation and forest conservation is essential to promote sustainable and resilient tourism in Roraima
