The Mexican publishing house Trillas, which specializes in tourism training, has published the book "Otras Formas de Turismo" (Other Forms of Tourism). The book begins with a Prologue by Héctor Ceballos-Lascurain, who as General Director of the Ecotourism Consultant Program, reflects on nature tourism with special attention to Latin American countries. This book aims to provide a general vision of the different types of Thematic Tourism. Starting with an analysis of the heritage concept, seen from an anthropological perspective, it describes the resource as the central axis of thematic activity.
