Abstract

The implementation of new policies causes changes in the relations between the actors that compose a certain sector. In Brazil, current tourism policies, especially in the state of Minas Gerais (Tourist Circuit Policy), have as their norm the regionalization, that is, stimulating the development of tourism according to the potentialities of each region and articulating the actors located in it.
