O papel e os atributos dos empresários no maior festival de artes da África do Sul.

O Klein Karoo National Arts Festival (KKNK) em Oudtshoorn, África do Sul, é o maior festival de artes na África do Sul. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar os atributos e o papel dos empresários no Klein Karoo National Arts Festival. Isto foi feito por meio de um questionário (N=249). Após a obtenção dos dados, foram realizadas duas análises fatoriais. A primeira análise fatorial revelou seis fatores (atributos empreendedores), a saber, habilidades organizacionais, engenhoso- capacidade, auto-dificultação, exploratório, adquirido habilidade e unidade, dos quais a capacidade teve o maior valor médio. A segunda análise fatorial identificou o papel dos empresários na KKNK e revelou três papéis principais, nomeadamente a promoção de festivais, a promoção de produtos e a geração de rendimentos, dos quais a promoção de produtos teve o maior valor médio. Esta é a primeira vez que os papéis de empresários em festivais foram investigados na África do Sul.
