Fatores ambientais da hospitalidade: um estudo da experiência de consumo de homossexuais no Nordeste do Brasil

Resumo

O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é identificar fatores ambientais na hospitalidade que levam os homossexuais entrevistados a experiências memoráveis de consumo em hotéis e pousadas. Esta pesquisa foi realizada sob abordagem qualitativa descritiva. Nesta perspectiva, foram entrevistados gays de dois estados do nordeste do Brasil. As narrativas foram apresentadas com o objetivo de potencializar a formação de categorias. Em relação aos resultados, observou-se que a experiência de consumo é memorizada como positiva ou negativa devido ao desempenho de fatores relacionados à prestação de serviços e infraestrutura. Portanto, notou-se que o serviço de hospitalidade influencia a experiência de consumo dos homossexuais entrevistados a um ponto que se torna memorável.
