Progressos e perspectivas para a pesquisa do Enoturismo em Portugal

Os produtores de vinho em Portugal começaram a ver o turismo como uma oportunidade para ajudar a diversificar os benefícios econômicos da manufatura dentro de suas atividades. Com a crescente importância do assunto, as universidades passaram a investigar mais sobre o assunto e não houve uma organização de publicações até o momento. Portanto, este documento apresenta uma visão geral dos artigos do tema de 2003 a 2018 com uma análise descritiva das características e tendências do contexto português. A revisão da literatura abrange todas as publicações completas que apareceram nas línguas inglesa, portuguesa e espanhola em periódicos indexados no Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo e Spell entre 2003 e 2018. Um total de 36 artigos foram examinados após duplicatas, dissertações e tese. As principais conclusões são as tendências das vinícolas organizadas em rotas e a escassa publicação de publicações de outras rotas e regiões vinícolas.
