Criatividade e turismo: uma revisão panorâmica dos conceitos relacionados com a criatividade no âmbito do turismo

O objetivo deste artigo é fazer uma inovadora scoping review da aplicação do conceito de criatividade nos estudos do turismo, sob a ótica das cidades criativas, da economia criativa, das indústrias criativas, da classe criativa, do turismo criativo e do destino turístico criativo. Para isso, foram selecionados 102 artigos localizados no SCOPUS, Redalyc, Dialnet e Google Académico, com o objetivo de obter um panorama que permitisse aprofundar esses conceitos, além do uso, às vezes indiscriminado, que costuma ser feito deles; além de visualizar quais são as tendências na investigação sobre criatividade e turismo e quais temas ainda precisam ser abordados. As conclusões permitem afirmar que, embora o tema da criatividade no turismo tenha sido amplamente explorado, isso foi feito, em geral, a partir de perspetivas acríticas, que privilegiam o uso de recursos e pessoas criativas com o objetivo de gerar um maior afluxo turístico.
