Resumen

Esta investigación analizó el efecto de la confianza en los paquetes turísticos en línea, la confianza en los medios de pago en línea y la preocupación por la privacidad de la información en internet sobre la actitud hacia las ofertas y promociones en línea y, el efecto de esta sobre la intención de compra de servicios turísticos mediante internet en 120 turistas sudamericanos que visitaban Cochabamba, Bolivia. Se encontró que, la confianza en los paquetes turísticos y la preocupación por la privacidad de la información afectan significativamente la actitud hacia las ofertas y promociones; sin embargo, la confianza en los medios de pago no afecta la actitud hacia las ofertas y promociones. Finalmente, la confianza en los paquetes turísticos y la preocupación por la privacidad de la información afectan indirectamente la intención de compra a través de la actitud hacia las promociones.
