Based on the results, a productive project of rural peasant tourism was designed to improve the economic conditions of peasant families. The method used was the application of a questionnaire, interviews with families, road trips to natural environments and cultivated fields, georeference and automated cartography. The research is sustained by the rural geography (Clout, 1976), the cultural ecology (Steward, 1972) and tourism (WTO, 2000). The results indicate that the natural resources, agricultural processes, and cultural expressions can be used for the operation of the project “Agroecological Peasant Tourism”.</p> ER -
